Food matches: perfect with mixed appetizers of not too tasty fish; excellent with octopus alla piasta!
About him: 30 days of beloved maceration on the skins for this Chardonnay! A wine that is however fresh and vibrant, easy to drink and low in alcohol. Immediately many citrus fruits, then as soon as it warms in the glass, delicate honey notes appear which lead to a rightly sapid finish. Very excellent!!!
