About him: The Kaos Rosso is a "volcanic" blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio, harvested at different times on the Marchese and Passopiscaro districts at 750 meters above sea level on the Etna lava lands. The result is a lively and pulsating nectar, broad and deep, with minerality, freshness and fruit! Intense ruby red in color and impenetrable, the nose reveals itself with aromas of red fruits, floral touches, plant sensations and mineral puffs; enveloping sip, broad and round, with a good freshness. A wine of exquisite workmanship!
