Second in-depth page on our wine proposals that have been worked with macerations and oxidations that make them unique in their characteristics and different from vintage to vintage. Yes, because these bottles are real works of art sculpted by these talented winemakers who from time to time manage to enclose the story of a year inside their precious bottles!

LUSTRO 2017 Abbazia San Giorgio - Directly from the island of Pantelleria here is the interpretation beautifully macerated for 5 days on the skins of the talented Battista Belvisi. It will be like drinking a sip of Sicily! Only 1,500 bottles produced...!!!

TREBBIANO 2012 Il Casale - This wine macerated on the skins represents at best the Casale farm describing the skill that is played on fine oxidation, sublime macerations and noble daily sips! Amber colored characteristic of the Orange Wine, it emanates fragrances between linden honey, wild flowers, herbs, sun-kissed yellow fruit and the grape itself. Simple and honest, with finesse and goodness conquers the palate!

ODYSSEA Macchion dei Lupi - 100% Ansonica of the Tuscan coast; fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel container without controlled temperature with a part of the mass that remains in contact with the skins for five days; the fruit of this maceration on the skins is complex on the nose, of rare structure in the mouth, broad, juicy and long with in evidence citrus, hay and field herbs

STELLA FLORA 2012 Maria Pia Castelli - an exciting blend of Pecorino, Passerina, Trebbiano and Malvasia di Candia, fermented in wooden tanks lasting 15-20 days in contact with the skins; aged in barriques for 18 months and for a long time in the bottle, it is a wine with a good structure that releases aromas of mandarin, bitter orange and a subtle trace of aromatic herbs; does not disappoint the palate that finds it dry, savory with great aromatic richness and good persistence.

NUMERO SEI 2015 Sassotondo - a real gem of which there are only about 500 bottles per year; blend of Sauvignon and Greco vinified separately in steel, however, where the latter has a prolonged stay on the skins; aged in barriques for 18/24 months and another 12 in bottles. Straw-colored with coppery reflections, it has a smelling start of white peach, grapefruit, vine flower and hawthorn. Then come in succession memories of verbena, white asparagus and ginger, with nuances of sandalwood. The freshness stands out in the mouth, which leads the citrus tones up to the tasty closure. White wine almost for meditation!

RIBOLLA GIALLA 2010 Franco Terpin - fermentation of a few days on the skins with indigenous yeasts, without filtration and treatments of the must, is subsequently aged for 1 year in Slavonian oak casks and another 3 years in the bottle. Amber and thick; compact and full in the olfactory sensation, rich in dried fruit, blood orange, apricot and apple juice, to slowly make room for sweet tobacco, coffee cream, propolis, resin, licorice, potpourri and finally a smoked stamp. The taste is enveloping and structured, well balanced, accompanied by balsamic freshness. A juicy finish with salty reverberations. A real Orange Wine!

PINOT GRIGIO SIALIS 2012 Franco Terpin - obtained from vines over seventy years old, with 14 days fermented grapes on skins with indigenous yeasts, without filtration and clarification; aged 12 months in barrique and in bottle for 3 years. Produced only in particular vintages with a careful selection of bunches and with very low yields, it has an intense coppery pink color with luminous reflections. The bouquet is deep and complex: hints of fruit jam follow in spicy sweet and aromatic tones of vanilla, ginger and mint. It has a small sugar residue that balances an intoxicating freshness. At the sip it is harmonious: it has elegance and structure to be sold and a very long finish. TOP ORANGE WINE !!!
