Grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay, and Riesling.
Alcohol: 12% vol
Wine making: the red grapes were pressed whole bunch, while the white ones macerated overnight on the steel skins
Aging: steel; at 10 g / l of sugar, the wine is refrigerated, stabilized and then decanted. Alex bottles in early spring with as little sediment as possible; the wine referments in bottle. Bottled without filtration, clarification or addition of sulphites.
Serve at: 6-10 °C
Food matches: appetizers, grilled fish, pasta with white fish sauce, hot fish appetizers.
