Serve at: 12-14 °C; we recommend letting it "breathe" 15-20 minutes before tasting it

Food matches: great with seafood sauce, mint sardines, swordfish rolls with raisin and pine nuts and anchovy pie; to try with the chicken cooked at Marengo

About him: amber and dense; compact and full in the olfactory sensation, rich in dehydrated fruit, red orange, apricot and apple juice, to slowly pass at sweet tobacco, coffee cream, propolis, resin, licorice, pot-pourri, and finally a smoky end.
