Savagnin and Chardonnay perfectly assembled by the magical hands of Etienne Thiébaud!
The grapes come from the old vineyards of the small estate in Cramans, a town along the Loue river in the Jura.
Soft pressing without contact of the juice with the skins and aging in old wooden barrels for about an year. Thus was born this white wine full of aromas of white pulp fruit, dried herbs and mineral hints. On the palate it's fresh and round with a bright acidity, marked citrus notes and delicate toasted hints of the barrel. The finish is very long and bewitching. Perfect!!!
