About him: this Mondeuse is the result of a blend of two different plots, Le Pas de l'Ours and Côte pelée. Normally soft and balanced, the '21 has been revolutionized by carrying out a much shorter maceration which gives an infinite drinkability as are the notes of small fruits and red flowers with the addition of delicate spices.
