Grape variety: 90% Gamay from the Beaujolais, 10% Merlot from Côtes-de-Blaye (Bordeaux)

Alcohol: 11% vol

Volume: 0,75l

Wine making: spontaneous fermentation with 2-days maceration on the skins for Gamay and direct pressing for Merlot; initially separated, the two wines are blended and left to finish the fermentation together.

Aging: in steel and bottles; manual disgorgement done in May 2022; no addition of sulphites, no filtered or clarified

Serve at: 8-12° C

About him: his beautiful light coral color (almost red) already makes you thirsty and his freshness strikes every time you drink it. "Party" is the meaning of Festejar in Occitan, a clear indication of the use of this rosé sparkling wine. It has a dizzying breadth, because it's a glou glou wine paired with a complex cru, to which is superimposed a very fine bubble, a fine and delicious acidity, a little spice and white pepper, a slight sweetness, a light note of yeast and a structuring bitterness.
