Momento Mori by Dane Johns
Vivid gold in the glass and an explosion of juicy aromaticity both in the aromas and on the palate! This is the spectacular Moscato Giallo with the addition of a pinch of Vermentino from the legendary Dane Johns.
The grapes, grown by the Chalmers family on the slopes of Mount Camel in Heathcote, are vinified together by macerating on the skins for about three weeks.
The result is a very juicy pure grape nectar, dense in aromas and flavors, also made easy to drink thanks to a perfect balance between acidity and sapidity.
Spring flowers and herbs, tropical fruits and lots of drinkability...one of the best dry Moscato ever!
