HIP HIP JURA SAVAGNIN 2018
Jura passion! Savagnin from Domaine Villet in Arbois vinified in the cellar also in the Jura of the talented Alice Bouvot.
Vinification in carbonic with two months of maceration on the skins to extract as intensely as possible the aromas and fruity notes of this precious grape without weighing down the juice with too strong and hard tannins or with too much body.
After more than two years of well-deserved relax between steel and bottle, here is an orange wine with a megagalactic drinkability, driven by an excellent vitality and a perfect sapidity. Citrus scents that also prevail on the palate; when heated, the juice releases notes of herbs and spices but always with excellent drinkability. Vin Orange, as they say from beyond the Alps, worthy of the vin de soif category. Unique!!!
