Muscat d'Alexandrie (20%) macerates for about 45 days in the must of Grenache Blanc which has been pressed directly without remaining in contact with its skins; the juice then rests for almost an year in egg-shaped concrete containers.
Initially the mineral and citrus notes stand out, slowly giving way to the white-fleshed tropical fruits of Muscat; in mouth, in addition to the fruits perceived on the nose, it's super tasty, with the right amount of acidity that is perfect after four years. Rich finish that thanks to the salinity invites you to drink it continuously. TOP!!!
