MARROCA 2021
The "land-recovery" project of the good Manuel Pulcini goes on, as well as the improvement and quality of his natural wines!
Perhaps the spearhead of the range, Marroca is a white wine made from Trebbiano and Malvasia Toscana from the Lucca hills; this new vintage is lightened even more in body than the previous one having less quantity of Malvasia macerated on the skins and thus giving to the wine a very slender sip with a super sapidity and minerality to suggest that the wine is filtered directly from the rocks.
Intense gold in the glass, aromas and flavors of citrus fruits and white flowers with an iodized finish that makes you salivate and tempts you to immediately fill the glass to pour it over again.
