Malvasia Puntinata, short maceration of about 12 hours and aging in glass demijohns for 8 months in the splendid cellar dug by hand in the tuff rock located under their 17th century house.
Born in collaboration with the friends of the SETE Project, of which only (and unfortunately!) 597 bottles exist!
Fresh, dry and peasant...a lemonade to drink in a sip! Super nice!!!
