Mostly Ottonese, a bit of Trebbiano and a pinch of Moscato. Half of the grapes pressed with the feet without being destemmed and immediately after, pressed directly; the other half, after being destemmed and crushed, macerated for 12 hours and then pressed.
Super tasty and fresh, a wonderful mix of tropical fruits perceivable both in the nose and in the mouth and a long finish that however you would like never ends! Just a sip and you are immediately in the Tropics!!!
