The recipe is simple: the grapes are all organic or obviously biodynamic, coming from selected plots, most of the time a little isolated or with strong singularities, the vinifications all carried out with indigenous yeasts and without ever adding sulphites...real and proper grape juice! An infinite range of cuvées that vary from year to year according to the vintage and which is considered more interesting and good to vinify according to Anthony, who with his crazy talent always gives us very strong emotions!
