Blend of Trebbiano and Fiano on relax on the skins in open vats for about a week and then left to age for about 9 months in steel and a few more in the bottle. No clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites.
Gold in the glass where it immediately releases aromas of white flowers and herbs and then opens definitively with notes of yellow fruits and exotic fruits. Vibrant and super drinkable, always a pleasure to rediscover it every vintage!
