From a single old parcel (45-60 years) located in Povo (400 m), a blend of ancient local varieties including Pavana della Valsugana, Negrara, Marzemino, Teroldego, Lagrein all macerated together for about 10 days and left to ferment and then age in steel .
Warm and enveloping but with only 11.5% vol, with delicate tannins and moderate acidity; red fruits, spices and licorice with a long and never banal finish. An unexpected Alpine red!!!
