Just for Jura lovers! Trousseau total destemming (10% by hand, in the upper part of the tank), 7 months of maceration in old wooden barrels where it's then aged for almost a further year.
An original portrait and very different from the classic Trousseau for a more unique than rare wine. Thanks to the very long maceration it acquires important notes of spices, herbs and small red fruits supported by an imperceptible tannin and vibrant acidity. Bottle that finishes in a maximum of 5 minutes. Exciting!!!
