Cuvée made from old vines of Pinot Noir and Gamay from Auvergne. Three quarters of the harvest is de-stemmed and the rest is in whole bunches; all macerates for a month in barrique. Wild, smoky, long and persistent, characterized by intensely mineral notes. Despite this, the fruit is present and juicy. Super bomb!!!
