Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Syrah co-ferment in three separate batches to then be all blended; there are partial fermentations in whole bunches, with short maceration and direct pressing.
This vintage, unlike the previous one which was a real explosion of exotic aromaticity, is mainly based more on brackish and spicy notes to finish with hints of citrus and lots of sapidity. Always a nice trip to drink Kindeli wines!
