Northern Bavaria (Germany) - one of the company's historic labels! Tribute to the very rare gray long-eared bat that resides in the cottage used by 2Naturkinder's friends as Bat den. Together with the local bat hero Christian Söder, the idea of a perfect cycle was developed where guano is obtained from local bat colonies which is a wonderful fertilizer. The cute animals live in the vineyard and part of the income obtained from the sales of this wine goes to the protection of this rare and precious species!
Pinot Meunier with semi-carbonic maceration of about a week, then left to relax partly in old oak barrels but also in steel. Spectacularly vibrant drunk, super mix of small red fruits, lots of flavor and minerality, then slowly also delicate spicy notes come out. Perfect red wine to drink even in summer.
