Jacquére (native grape of Savoy) carbonically on the skins for two weeks, and then aged for at least an year in old wooden barrels. Megagalactic wine, complex but at the same time with a disarming extreme drinkability. On the nose immediately flowers and tropical white fruits, to then open definitively in citrus notes, while on the palate it's an explosion of minerality and liveliness that then slowly give way to white fruits and flowers with a long finish that continually invites you to drink.
