Zibibbo with grapes from some of the oldest vineyards on the island of Pantelleria aged between 90 and 120 years! Thirty splendid days relaxing on the skins and then aging for about a year in steel and old chestnut barrels. A tornado of aromatic sensations based on tropical fruits, flowers and spices, lots of sapidity and an irrepressible freshness for a vibrant drink from the first to the last sip. What can I say...with Battista no half measures...always and only great emotions!!!
