Super mega blend of pure terroir! Syrah and Len de L'El in the majority, but also Duras, Braucol, Muscadelle and Suvignon; all the vines are assembled and macerated in bunches for the most part whole, but a small part of the grapes are destemmed by hand or directly pressed; everything rests on relax on the skins for forty days in sandstone amphorae. Aromas of cherry and pomegranate, also with smoky notes, while in the mouth it is sharp and dense with herbaceous notes. Freshness that remind some wines from the north of France. Voilà!!!
