A riot of small fruits and red flowers, super sapidity and a very sensual delicacy! This is the Black Betty, a blend obtained mostly with grapes called Domina (cross between Blauer Portugieser and Pinot Nero) pressed with the feet and left in contact with the skins for just one hour, with the addition of a pinch of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. The label is dedicated to the first lamb born in the Domina vineyard, Betty, who was black like most of the Ouessant sheep, while the wine is really a bomb!!!
