The wonderful Joy also gives us a little taste of the terroir near the beautiful city of Orvieto. Two weeks of maceration for this Pinot Noir then left to relax for a few months in the bottle. A wine dense in matter, but with a delicate drinkability; herbs, damp earth, woods and everything you can find there, even some strawberries ;)
