Alsatian Pinot Noir, from vines aged between 30 and 50 years and located on the Rhine border, carbonically on relax on the skins for two weeks with grapes from three different terroirs, vinified separately and assembled after fermentation and then aged for about a year and a half in old oak barrels. An explosion of freshness for a wine of irrepressible vitality and with more herbaceous than fruity sensations, a lot of minerality and as always an irrepressible drinkability.
