Directly from Basket Range (Adelaide Hills, South Australia) the orange version of Pinot Gris re-fermented in the bottle by the legendary Anton Von Klopper. The grapes are de-stemmed and left to macerate on the skins for about five days, then pressed and fermented in an 800L ceramic amphora for two weeks until the right amount of sugar is obtained to finish in the bottle.
