Following the peasant tradition and thanks to the vineyards all in complantation, another blend of pure terroir consisting of Trebbiano in the majority, but also Coda di Pecora, Falerno and Moscato. Seven days of relax on the skins in open vats followed by almost a year of well-deserved rest in steel and bottle. White flowers and many herbs, when opening delicately fruity notes come out which, thanks also to the excellent sapidity, continually encourage the drink. As easy to drink as it's easy to need two bottles! Only 580 bottles produced...
