Travel! This is the Swahili meaning of the name of this wine, a tribute by the SETE project guys to their research path. An endless journey, focused on the discovery of the territory, on the exploration of winemaking processes, on the evolution of taste and on change. Trebbiano in the majority, but also Ottonose and a pinch of dotted Malvasia from Lazio, all on relax on the skins for two splendid days and left to age in steel for almost a year. Splendid shining already in the glass, but it's on the palate that it dazzles the taste buds with a super mix of herbs, flowers and white pulp fruits, minerality, sapidity and acidity that continually entice you to drink. Long but never tiring and above all super thirst-quenching!
