The red made from the grapes of the neighbor Gaetano! Mostly Sangiovese, but also Syrah and Merlot; maceration on the skins for 20 days in oak vats and aging in large wooden barrels for about a year. Super fruity, herbaceous and with hints of spice, infinite vitality and a lovely rusticity!!!
