Jura - Savagnin with grapes from two different vineyards. Eight months of relax on the skins with aging then divided by three quarters of the mass in steel and the rest in old barriques.
Fruity explosion!!! Despite the long maceration, it amazes for its freshness and drinkability characterized by an incredible vitality. Super fruity, delicate from start to finish and never boring. When opening, notes of white flowers and spices come out, but an exciting note of orange remains impossible to forget at the end. SPECTACULAR ORANGE WINE!!!
