Mondeuse from two different plots and assembled after fermentation with carbonic maceration of a few days followed by aging in old barriques; sometimes a hint of Gamay is added if the harvest is too acidic or weak in maturity. Straight straight and perfect in every aspect. It's a beautiful thirsty red of minerality, with notes of red currant and red berries, super drinkable and of an immense pleasure!
