Rare cuvée of rare goodness! Poulsard (red berried grapes) from a single parcel of Pupillin, directly pressed which gives a veiled golden color rather than the usual pale brick red. Wine very similar to a slightly macerated white, linear and precise, with sensations of beautiful fleshy white pulp fruits and a touch of minerals. Delightful!!!
