Mega blend of pure Jura terroir! This cuvée is composed of the most famous vines from the Jura region (Chardonnay, Savagnin in the majority) directly pressed and assembled after at least a year of rest in steel. Wine of spectacular expressiveness, hydrocarbons as much as possible both in aromas and on the palate (it almost looks like a Riesling), minerality at the highest levels, then opening citrus fruits with white pulp and as always a lot of drinkability.
