Probably the only Nosiola grown in Australia. Dane fell in love with this variety after drinking Elisabetta Foradori's famous cuvée years ago. This wine comes from just three rows of this northern Italian variety planted by the Chalmers family in Heathcote. The grapes are left to ferment by macerating in contact with the skins for a long time to help tame the exotic floral notes typically associated with the variety. It begins with many citrus notes and white pulp fruits, then moves on to spices such as cinnamon, to finish opening definitively in exceptional notes of white flowers and tropical fruits surrounded by silky and persistent tannins and a lively acidity. A truly unique wine!
