Côte de Feule is one of the most important areas for Poulsard in Pupillin and it's precisely here that Patrice has its precious two-part plot. As precious as this splendid nectar obtained with Poulsard grapes only, half macerated and fermented in whole bunches while the other half is de-stemmed: the juice then age between old wooden and steel barrels. Perfectly balanced wine, with every sip it causes a whisper of pure pleasure, truly exceptional! Red fruits and some herbaceous notes on the nose, in the mouth it's complex, but only in the thousand fruity, spicy and herbaceous sensations it expresses, in fact at the same time it's never boring thanks to its immense freshness and vitality. Delicate tannins and an infinite desire to drink it again...CHAPEAU!!!
