The territory is always at the center of everything, with Sangiovese taking pride of place in Vizioramingo, Trebbiano and Malvasia Toscana in the Marroca, but without disregarding a bit of innovation and madness as in the new rosé ATTENTION VOLATILì, the fruit of Cabernet Sauvignon pressed directly and of Malvasia with a pinch of Alicante both briefly macerated on the skins.
