Oh Yeah !!! It is the first exclamation that comes after the first sip ;) Savagnin from three different vineyards all obviously in Arbois, with the addition of a pinch of Chardonnay; 10% of the grape juice is briefly left in contact with the skins. Delicately fruity aromas, where grapefruit and pineapple stand out with as well some mineral hints. In the mouth it's an explosion of vitality and freshness with the addition of super minerality, lots of fruit and monstrous drinkability!
