There are always great emotions when the master Patrick Bouju gets to work and this Riesling (grapes from Alsace and vinified in Auvergne) is no exception. Whole cluster vinification with very short contact with the skins and long relax in stoneware amphorae to obtain a warm and velvety wine, which does not immediately have the classic notes of hydrocarbons but rather citrus fruits with white pulp and iodine which then slowly leave for sensations which lead back to Riesling. Precise, not obvious and of great balance. Nice nice!
