Crazy Jura!
Orange wine obtained from Chardonnay from the famous plot of Les Arces, in Arbois and masterfully vinified by the magical Alice Bouvot.
Carbonic maceration for two months and relax in steel for about an year. A juice that expresses all the richness of the Jura terroir, with citrus notes, flowers and white herbs, tannins still very present and green, which therefore gives a great aging potential. The drink is supported by a super acidity and flavor that, despite the young age for the kind of wine, makes it easily drinkable and equally super appreciable. With Alice it's always Hip Hip Jura!!!
