From the old vineyards in strict peasant style, Merlot for about half of the mass, then Montepulciano and a super mix of red berried grapes typical of the Benevento area. Joint vinification with maceration on the skins for about a week and relax in steel for about nine months. Herbaceous and full of ripe red fruits lashed by a freshness and vitality that continually invites you to drink it, round but lively at the same time, genuine and worthy friend of every lunch or dinner that...obviously with a crime ;) !!!
