Whole bunch co-fermentation of mostly Pinot Noir, but also Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer for the winter dated 2018 according to Alex Craighead.
More unique than rare cuvée, truly interesting from the first to the last sip thanks to a continuous evolution in the glass. As soon as it's opened it has the characteristics of the main vine, small red fruits and herbs embellished with an incredible vitality, then, as it opens, the aromatic notes of the traminer emerge which completely shake the drink, flooding it with white-fleshed tropical fruits and making it slightly warmer and more persuasive. Amazing!!!
