Perfect interpretation of the Languedoc! Cinsault from over eighty-year-old vines with 45-day carbonic maceration in terracotta amphorae. The perfumes are exclusively and heavenly based on small red fruits; on the palate it's enhanced by its sapidity, delicate fruity notes as well as the delicate carbonic that continuously but slightly tickles the palate. Light light tannins with a slightly herbaceous and long finish. Perfect!!!
