Styrian Sauvignon Blanc according to the Strohmeier family. Whole cluster maceration for about two weeks in old acacia wood barrels where it's then aged for about a year. Incredible floral scents mixed with delicate herbs; on the palate it begins with fruity notes based on lemons and peaches and then moves on to subtly tropical scents. It opens definitively in notes of yellow grapefruit with a very long balsamic and bitter finish.
