The vines sit in the hills of the Picadilly Valley are tended by Jenny and James Griggs, who are the sixth generation to manage these vineyards. Direct press of the whole bunch without contact with the skins with fermentation and aging in egg-shaped ceramic containers. Infinite sapidity, then notes of citrus peel and white flowers, warm on the palate and with a dense structure that makes it superbly rich!
