In Arbois we also find the talented Guillaume Gilet who in his microcosm based on about one hectare, produces authentic and very interesting natural wines! Marne Grise is a Ploussard harvested strictly by hand between 3 and 8 September 2018, partially destemmed and macerated for 13 days and then aged in steel for about 10 months. Obviously, no clarification, filtration or addition of sulphites. Graceful and deep, with notes of ripe red fruits but which do not weigh down the drink, facilitated by a lot of minerality and freshness. As time passes, notes of herbs and red flowers also emerge, the sip warms up and becomes more sensual and satisfying. Always nice to drink Jura wines!
