The perfect example of perfect carbonic maceration!
Mostly Pinot Noir from the Loire, with a pinch of Gamay. Delicate carbonic maceration that extracts an infinite and graceful fruity aroma all composed of wild strawberries and cherries. The vitality is crazy, as is the balance between flavor and acidity. A pure nectar, to be taken as an example when thinking to a natural glou glou red wine, but which actually hides a crazy complexity of various components that make it perfect!
