Verduzzo Trevigiano briefly macerated and Cabernet Franc directly pressed; aging in old wooden barrels for a few months and then refermented in bottle where at least a year of well-deserved rest follows.
Super pet nat which, in addition to the tropical sensations generated by Verduzzo, alternates delicately spiced aromas and flavors of Cabernet Franc; bursting bubble, great sapidity and freshness!
A wine born out of necessity due to a storm that ruined part of the grapes from the Cabernet Franc vineyard, but which due to requests has become a reality in the basic line-up of Ombretta production.
