RIPAZZO ROSSO 2021 LE COSTE DI GRADOLI

Gradoli again and still great emotions! It's here that Gianmarco Antonuzzi and Clémentine Bouveron, two pioneers in the panorama of Italian natural wines, began their adventure in 2005. This is one of their craziest cuvées, a "saga" born a few years ago and now a constant in their production . Obtained with the use of Litrozzo Rosato grapes (Aleatico in the majority, but also Sangiovese, Merlot and Procanico) passed on the pomace of Litrozzo Rosso (Sangiovese but also native varieties of Lake Bolsena). Aromatic rusticity based on red flowers with the classic notes of Aleatico red roses and herbs; minerality, delicately tannic and super fun!
